Dr. Daya Shankar Pandey is a highly regarded Civil Engineering professional and consultant in the Vindhya region, with deep expertise across Transportation Engineering, Structural Design, and Project Management. He completed his B.E. (Civil) from Government Engineering College, Rewa (REC), followed by M.Tech. and Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering from MANIT, Bhopal.
With a strong academic and research background, Dr. Pandey has also served as Head of Department (HOD) at JNCT Rewa and Jaypee Polytechnic & Training Centre, Rewa. He is a Lifetime Member of the Institute of Valuers (FIV) and the Institution of Engineers (MIE). As a Chartered Engineer and certified Road Safety Auditor (MoRTH & IRC), he brings rigorous technical oversight and safety-first practices to every project.
A frequent speaker at national seminars, he addresses critical topics including Structural Designing, Infrastructure Development, Road Safety, Traffic Management, and Pavement Design. Through Shri Gajroop Infra & Engineering Pvt. Ltd., he leads end-to-end consultancy and execution—planning, drawings, structural design, supervision, and turnkey construction—for multi-storey buildings, educational institutions, residential apartments, hospitals, and commercial complexes across the Vindhya region.
